General Properties of Seal Bond technology structural sealant:

Good Application Properties

Seal Bond products can be extruded and tooled over a wide temperature range.

Excellent Aging Properties

The polymer system in Seal Bond products have undergone extensive weathering tests in both practice and extreme conditions.  Wetherometer and EMMAQUA (Arizona) Tests have proven this system to be highly resistant to UV degredation.

Good Storage Stability

Seal Bond products can be held in an un-opened container in dry conditions at temperatures between 45° and 80° F for up to 12 months.

Good Adhesion Properties

Good adhesion without the use of expensive primers can be obtained on many surfaces including: aluminum, stainless steel, glass, wood, zinc coatings and most synthetics.

Excellent Temperature Resistance

Seal Bond products typically have temperature resistance of -40° to 220° F and are temporarily resistant to 390° F.

Safety Conscious Adhesive System

Seal Bond products are typically ultra low VOC or VOC free and do not contain solvents or isocyanates of any kind.
