Seal Bond® 212k is a two-component, solvent-free elastomeric adhesive based on hybrid chemistry, designed for elastic structural bonding of a wide range of substrates. The product cures independent of moisture producing rapid strength development and excellent environmental resistance.

Seal Bond® 405 is a one-part, non-slump, moisture cure sealant/adhesive that cures to form a tough rubber with long-term flexibility and durability. Due to the formulation, SB 405 offers advanced adhesion to a variety of surfaces including porous substrates, vinyl, some plastics, fiberglass, metals, woods and more. SB 405 emits a low odor which makes it ideal for confined work spaces or occupied areas. It is extremely resistant to UV degradation, yellowing, temperature extremes and most chemicals. It is a 100% RTV Silicone and will remain easy to dispense and tool even at cold temperatures. SB 405 has excellent physical properties and will continue to perform long-term in a variety of applications.

SB 404 is a 100% RTV Silicone that is UL & NSF Recognized. SB 404 is a one-part, moisture-curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) silicone that cures to a strong, silicone rubber that maintains long-term durability and flexibility. SB 404 100% RTV Silicone is a non-slump sealant and can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces without flowing or sagging. Because SB 404 is a 100% RTV silicone sealant, it has excellent resistance to weathering including ozone, ultra-violet radiation, freeze-thaw conditions and airborne chemicals.

SB 406 is a high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based roofing sealant. SB 406 is a one-part, tripolymer sealant that cures to a strong, rubber that maintains longterm durability and flexibility. SB 406 Tripolymer sealant is a non-slump sealant and can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces without flowing or sagging. Because SB 406 is a solvented sealant, it has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including: metal, TPO, asphalt shingles, Hypalon, vinyl, fiber cement, wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass and Kynar® PVDF.

Typical uses include residential roofing and construction applications such as seam sealing, flashing and penetrations.

Seal Bond® 190 is a semi self-leveling sealant designed for use in horizontal and some vertical applications. SB 190 is based on moisture cure hybrid polymer technology that reacts and cross-links in the presence of moisture to provide unprimed adhesion to many substrates creating a durable seal with excellent weathering/UV resistance.

Seal Bond® 110 is a multi-purpose, paintable, extended open time adhesive/sealant. SB 110 was developed to meet a variety of general bonding/sealing applications with primer-less adhesion to many substrates. The durable, elastic bond/seal created by SB 110 is capable of +/- 25% movement.

Seal Bond® 134 is a general purpose one-component sealant with a broad range of color options. SB 134 was developed for applications desiring a fast-skinning low tack surface. SB 134 provides a relatively high durometer (hardness) post cure and offers outstanding primer-less adhesion to many substrates while maintaining a tough, flexible bond capable of adsorbing expansion/contraction. The unique polymer system utilized allows SB 134 to cure at temperatures as low as 13°F. The excellent weathering and waterproof characteristics make SB 134 suitable for use in all climates.

Seal Bond® 132 is a sprayable non-sag sealant designed for applying flat and wide stream beads. SB 132 is based on moisture cure hybrid polymer technology that reacts and crosslinks in the presence of moisture to provide unprimed adhesion to many substrates creating a durable seal with excellent weathering/UV resistance.

Seal Bond® 415 is a professional grade gutter & seam sealant. Formulated especially for sealing aluminum, galvanized and vinyl clad gutters and downspouts. SB 415 is a one-part formulation with semi-self-leveling properties for both horizontal and vertical applications.  SB 415 is based on moisture cure hybrid polymer technology that reacts and cross-links in the presence of moisture to provide a durable seal with excellent weathering and UV resistance and performs in temperatures from -40° F to 200° F.

MA-200 is a two component 100% (+/- 1%) solids epoxy colored coating designed for applications where a high build colorfast impact resistant floor is needed. MA-200 is recommended for a high build topcoat or basecoat on concrete or masonry.  Product is suitable in many chemical exposure environments.

MA-260 is a one-component, water-based acrylic sealer that offers excellent resistance to water blushing without the objectionable solvent odors associated with solvent based sealers. MA-260 has a fast set time and good stain resistance. MA-260 is recommended for sealing concrete or cement.  Do not use in immersion service or constant chemical exposure areas.
