Seal Bond® FLEXCURB™ Universal Curb Kit
The FLEXCURB™ Universal Curb Kit roof seal system replaces old-style plastic and metal pitch pans. FLEXCURB™ is the easiest and most universal roof penetration system to help prevent roof leaks. When installed correctly, the FLEXCURB™ system forms a durable waterproof rubber seal around roof penetrations. Its flexible design of polymer rubber with aluminum reinforcement makes it easily shaped and cut into any sized circle or geometry without custom forms or tools. Once the FLEXCURB™ is cut to size, it can be glued in place with Seal Bond® 495 High Strength Adhesive. MA-279 Concrete Densifier and Dust Reducer
MA-279 is a one component water based lithium based solution designed to densify cement and concrete substrates. MA-279 reacts with the cementitious ingredients to densify while allowing deep penetration to chemically harden and fortify the substrate. After the chemical reaction occurs, the substrate will be more abrasion resistant and help protect the surface from wear, moisture and efflorescence while remaining breathable.

MA-260 Water Based Acrylic Sealer
MA-260 is a one-component, water-based acrylic sealer that offers excellent resistance to water blushing without the objectionable solvent odors associated with solvent based sealers. MA-260 has a fast set time and good stain resistance. MA-260 is recommended for sealing concrete or cement. Do not use in immersion service or constant chemical exposure areas.
