The FLEXCURB™ Universal Curb Kit roof seal system replaces old-style plastic and metal pitch pans. FLEXCURB™ is the easiest and most universal roof penetration system to help prevent roof leaks. When installed properly, the FLEXCURB™ system forms a durable waterproof rubber seal around roof penetrations. Its flexible design comprised of polymer rubber with an aluminum reinforcement makes it easily shaped and cut into any sized circle or geometry without custom forms or tools. Once the FLEXCURB™ is cut to size, it can be glued in place with Seal Bond® 495 High Strength Adhesive. It is completed with the stainless steel locking clip and filled with Seal Bond® 490 One-Part Pourable Sealant, making for an instant waterproof seal. The innovative curb material can accommodate any sized roof penetration specific to professional contractors’ needs, including electrical conduit, plumbing, solar PV mounting systems, HVAC line sets, and more.
